Author imposes a clear message how one can easily succeed by being simple, knowledgeable, able to deal with different persons, showing empathy, listening to the people, etc.

This should never cause the professional to lose his or her spirit because the negative opinion has some basis and one must have the grace to accept it. In the speech, Subroto is telling the audience the principles taught to him by his parents, the lessons that define success and in his childhood, Subroto Bagchi and his brothers were not allowed to call their driver by his name due to one of the lessons taught to their father.

Want to Read bagcgi. His father had a great influence on his sons and due to that only they all grew up to be the sane persons of the complicated ever-trying-to-push-you-down society.

This is not a book about how MindTree started and its journey but this book is about Subroto Bagchi’s life experiences. Go Kiss the World – Subroto Bagchi. This made up their second lesson, telling them always to respect their subordinates more than subrroto seniors as it is more important to respect small people.
