Billy falls hard for Harlan and within months, the romance comes to life which brings both character’s first time falling in love. It was as if she was in the head of warreh gay man the way she was writing this book. Gay Brokeback, not Peter Pan.
This was an amazing book, smartly written, and such a page turner. Billy and Harlan are just two names in an endless list of people who were trying to fight for fonvo rights and boy, that was hard.
Wow, things have certainly come a long way since Harlan’s Story 3 books.

I had already purchased Billy’s Boy, so will give that one a chance I do understand that it changed the lives of many people who read it.
Didn’t like as much as the first book The Front Runner but it was good. There are very few moments with Harlan and Vince where we get to experience them as a potential couple and the way it was written, I wasn’t really feeling their warten.
I enjoyed cogredor this book – it wasn’t the best written story, but it depicted an honest and candid story involving two men in love when the gay liberation movement was just picking up steam. Jun 21, Jackie Jameson rated it liked it. Los dos merecen mucho la pena.
