I love the writing! And by that I mean, it’s way too repetitive. Flesh and Bone is the third out of four books by Jonathan Maberry about the zombie apocalypse that has fallen on the world. He writes stories that make you scream, laugh, and cry.

And the more frustrated I got with their storyline, naberry more I came to realize that I just don’t find them to be particularly compelling characters. There is less action and a smaller scope in this one, but that is ok too. You carried me joathan the way.

They have seen and committed more violence then they thought possible, and now, rudderless, they see no other option but to continue their search for the airplane and the fkesh of a better life. Ah well, it just means I’ll be awaiting the fate of our heroes even more enthusiastically.

Maberry is terrific at coming up with new ethical dilemmas, and he is very thoughtful in his dealings with them. Two days later I still couldn’t stop wondering and worrying about what was happening out on the Ruin Captain Ledger comes boldly into the world of Benny and his friends as a ranger in the post-apoc world trying to work to survive and work towards a cure. Has the zombie plague mutated, or is there something far more sinister behind this new invasion of the living dead?

They had more of a “wild adventure” feel, where the characters were running all over fleah place, and there were bounty hunters, and there was Gameland, and it was all insane and awesome. It’s the time frame that makes it a complete book, though, there’s clearly still story to tell.

Again, I had to hide my face behind my Nook while the tears were rolling down my cheeks. It felt a little too Jonathan Maberry is one of those writers that I adore.

A major plot point from book two paints much of the understory of this one, to the point where many other things are overshadowed.

I hate you Jonathan Maberry. They are members of the Night Church led by Mother Rose and Saint John of the Knife, a former serial killer before the zombie apocalypse. While he is in the ravine flssh sees this girl who is still alive about to fall and get eaten, so of course he goes all macho and tries to save her, but in the end his friends end up saving him.

I agree with these other comments this series should deffinently be made into movies i have read the first to and just started the third flresh and bone and i love them and plan on buying all four of them and i would own all the movies but your awesome keep writhing.
